SatisZomb
A downloadable game for Windows
About
SatisZomb is a first-person survival game set in a fictional three-block Dallas neighborhood. Keep one survivor alive for 72 in-game hours. A complete attempt takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
How it works
Search containers, then choose what to take into a weight-limited inventory. Food, water, medicine, tools, melee weapons, and one handgun are spread across homes, shops, and a small clinic.
- Manage hunger, thirst, fatigue, stamina, pain, bleeding, wounds, ordinary wound infection, and fatal zombie infection.
- Board supported doors and windows, move selected furniture, and sleep at beds when the area is safe.
- Day, night, indoor lights, a utility power failure, and a battery-powered flashlight change what you can see.
- Movement, searching, doors, barricades, and combat make different amounts of noise. Walls, floors, distance, and open or closed entrances affect how that noise travels.
Zombies
Zombies move slowly. They can see and hear the survivor, remember a recent sighting or sound, pursue it, and continue searching after contact is lost. Enclosed rooms, fatigue, noise, and groups make them harder to avoid.
Death and continuation
Death ends the current survivor's attempt. The world does not reset. Opened containers, depleted supplies, dropped items, damaged entrances, barricades, bodies, and equipment stay in place when you continue with a new survivor.
A fatal zombie bite has no cure. If the infection kills the survivor, that survivor reanimates as a zombie. Kill it to recover what it carried.
